The Sabathihof has leased the licence to feel good - with excellent Styrian cuisine, wines from our own vineyards, herb garden, wellness in the vineyard, rooms and an arbour with a top view.
Enjoy refined hospitality and Styrian delicacies of the highest standard in the unique setting of the Styrian wine country.

In the open kitchen, only seasonal ingredients are used – mostly sourced from regional producers or the estate’s own game preserve. With food and wine coming from a single source, flavors are harmoniously balanced. Culinary excellence is ensured by head chef Guido Dillinger.

Comfortable vintner’s rooms surrounded by nature invite guests to extend their stay. Sabathihof is not only a renowned winery and restaurant but also one of the most charming wine estate hotels in southern Styria. A stunning view from the terrace completes the experience.
